We believe in-person collaboration strengthens trust and connection so we’ve designed our work model to encourage it. We also offer flexibility by allowing teams to balance on-site collaboration with remote focus. Team members can choose how often they come into the office, and they earn additional wellness benefits depending on how many days per week they spend at a hub.

Innovating together IRL

We also believe great innovation comes from anywhere in the company. Hackathons at Superhuman aren’t just for product teams and engineers. They’re a chance for people across the company to collaborate, brainstorm, and turn ideas into reality.
