First, you have to be a Superhuman Mail customer on the Business or Enterprise Plan – sign up here to get started. If you're on an Enterprise plan, your team will need approval from your admin first. Then, you can connect to the Superhuman Mail connectors in the Claude and ChatGPT directories, or follow these instructions.
Yes. The Mail MCP server includes a send_email tool that allows AI agents to send email directly, not just draft them. Customers must approve the use of the tool, and they can choose to use the Mail MCP Server in read-only mode. Team admins of Claude can also restrict the ability to send emails.
Yes. Drafts created through MCP appear in your Mail drafts folder. In Mail, hit G then D to access your Drafts folder.
