Superhuman’s US base compensation is based on where a team member lives. Team members within 50 miles / 80 km of a hub are in Zone 1; all other supported US locations are Zone 2. Canada is a single, nationwide compensation zone—all supported locations are paid the same, with no hub-based tiers like in the US. Benefits are consistent across locations.
