Nexxen is a global advertising technology company. Following its growth through strategic acquisitions, Nexxen recognized an opportunity to simplify how teams collaborate, document, and share knowledge. To enable a more connected way of working, they led a company-wide initiative to consolidate knowledge and workflows into Superhuman Docs—creating a single platform that powers collaboration across the business.
The challenge
As Nexxen continued its global expansion, teams across the organization relied on a range of tools for documentation and collaboration. While these systems worked well within individual departments, they made it increasingly difficult to maintain consistency, share knowledge efficiently, and operate with full visibility across teams.
To create a more connected and scalable way of working, the Information Systems team set out to unify Nexxen’s knowledge and workflows on a single platform—one capable of bringing together people, processes, and content across functions, from HR and Product to Engineering and Operations.
The goal was to establish a modern, flexible solution that could enable rich, real-time collaboration, ensure a seamless transition of existing content, and be intuitive enough to drive rapid adoption across the company.
Docs’s solution
After evaluating multiple options, Nexxen selected Superhuman Docs for its combination of flexibility, power, and partnership. Superhuman Docs’s all-in-one platform brings together the best of documents, spreadsheets, and apps—allowing teams to create dynamic, data-connected workspaces tailored to their exact needs.
Working closely with Superhuman Docs’s customer success team, Nexxen designed a phased migration strategy: from proof of concept to training and rollout. The joint effort focused on ensuring continuity, quality, and speed at every stage.
As employees began building and exploring in Superhuman Docs, adoption surged organically. Teams across the business—from HR and Product to Engineering and Operations—began creating tailored workspaces and automating cross-functional processes. “Superhuman Docs makes data a first-class citizen,” shared Chad Hill, Engineering Manager, Nexxen. “Every week we see new creative uses of tables, charts, and integrated data. Teams are solving problems on their own and building tools that truly fit their workflows.”
The impact
In just four months, Nexxen successfully migrated over 22,000 pages into Superhuman Docs. Within 90 days of launch, 80% of employees were actively using the platform—a testament to how naturally Superhuman Docs fit into Nexxen’s culture of innovation and efficiency.
The results have been transformative: Superhuman Docs now serves as the single source of truth across teams and functions, enabling employees to share, update, and act on information in real time. Collaboration has accelerated, communication is clearer, and work flows productively across departments. Employees are building their own tools, dashboards, and workflows without relying on engineering support, fostering a new level of empowerment and agility.
Nexxen’s momentum hasn’t slowed. The company continues to expand its use of Superhuman Docs, integrating Packs like Salesforce and Jira and onboarding new teams to build on the early momentum. Together, Nexxen and Superhuman Docs continue to redefine how modern enterprises connect people, data, and decisions.
