What it does The Demio agent pulls three types of data from your Demio account: * Events — All your webinars with their name, description, schedule, timezone, registration URL, status, and whether they’re live or automated. This gives you a complete view of your webinar catalog without opening Demio. * Event Sessions — Each webinar can have multiple scheduled dates. The agent syncs every session individually so you can see exactly when each one runs, its current status (scheduled, running, or finished), and which event it belongs to. * Participants — The core of the agent. Every registrant and attendee across all your webinar sessions is synced with their name, email, attendance status (completed, did not attend, left early, banned), and any registration data they provided — last name, company, website, phone number, and GDPR consent. How it works The agent uses the Demio API to sync your data into an indexed knowledge layer. All three data types — events, sessions, and participants — are fully indexed and searchable. Participant contacts are also indexed for cross-agent contact resolution, meaning other agents you use can look up people who attended your webinars. Data syncs automatically on a regular schedule to keep your webinar information current. Setup You’ll need your Demio API Key and API Secret, which you can find in your Demio account under Settings > API. Enter both when connecting the agent and you’re ready to go. Data relationships Events contain one or more Sessions. Participants belong to a specific Session. This means the same person registered for two different sessions of the same webinar will appear as two separate participant records, each with their own attendance status — matching how Demio tracks attendance per session, not per event.
